Charleston Beer Week 2016: Folly Beer Dinner
Folly Beer Dinner
Explore the flavors from the Edge of America with a taste of island cuisine paired with a fine selection of locally brewed beer. Features include Cuban beans and rice, and Chico Feo’s famous goat curry with a four course beer dinner–straight “outta” Folly. Each course will emphasize a different Charleston brewery for a well-rounded tasting experience. Live music to follow.

Course 1. Spring roll or Folly Corn on the Cob—Fried, grilled, seasoned, delicious—
paired with COAST Boy King (Double IPA)
Course 2. Cuban Beans and Rice paired with Low Tide Sweet Carolina Kolsch
Course 3. Chico’s famous Goat Curry paired with Westbrook IPA
Course 4. Tres Leche Cake served with Pluff-Mudd Porter, Espresso Porter, or a Milk Stout and fine chocolates.
Followed by live music with Deadwin
